NARI’s 2023 South Central
Regional CotY Winner

We are very excited to be named NARI’s Region 5 South Central 2023 Regional CotY Winner for the Entire House Remodel $250,000 to $500,000 category. This home was severely damaged in the Snowpocolypse storm of February, 2021.  The copper plumbing froze and then burst when thawing and damaged everything in the home.  When we arrived to look at the project, over 50% of the home was already gutted to the studs and the homeowners had moved out.  With the brilliant vision of our design partner, Cameron Barker, we worked together with the customers to come up with a plan to get their home put back together.  There were several changes to the floor plan which required engineering.  Our team also brought this home up to code and procured all the permits with the City of Austin. It is a very satisfying feeling to help people get their lives back together and also win awards doing it!  

Each year, NARI presents CotY Awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The CotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. This past year was especially challenging for remodelers, but NARI received nearly 455 entries from across the United States representing over $134 million,  and our project stood out as the best in our category and region!

The judging panel representing industry experts, selected winners based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.
