Why Hire Wild Creek?

Wild Creek is your complete home renovation partner

NARI Certified Contractors

In the state of Texas there are no licenses for Contractors, Carpenters or Project managers.  Here at Wild Creek, we hold ourselves to a higher national standard and are proud to be active members of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). Our owner is a NARI Certified Remodeler, our Project Managers hold the CRPM certifications and our Lead Carpenter holds his CLC certification as well. We commit ourselves to excellence and continuing education to better serve our clients each and every day.

Qualified Expertise

Wild Creek can handle every aspect of your project – from idea to completion. If plans are needed, we can bring your dreams to life on paper in house with our award winning Drafter. Once plans are done, our engineer reviews them and makes any specifications to ensure your home is structurally sound and stamped for city permit approval.

Specialized Personnel

If you need help figuring out the interior details, or just inspiration on how to transform your space, we have a designer that can help you with floor plans and detailed finishes. Additionally, if you live in an area that requires permits, our staff understands the complex permitting process in Austin and the surrounding areas.

Details Matter

We know that taking care of the details of each project can make a huge difference to your experience. For example, we provide lock boxes to secure keys, and make sure crew members on-site protect your flooring and furniture. When we’re done, we bring in a cleaning team to ensure your newly renovated home is move-in ready.

Communication & Transparency

As an early adopter of project management software, we’ve understood from the beginning how important communication and transparency is to a successful remodel. These days we use the BUILDERTREND software and App, with this you can view your schedule, communicate with the team, and approve change orders and track payments — all in one centralized location.

Our Process

Designed to exceed expectations

As a piece of our exceptional experience, we value transparency in our process and progress. We understand that every project comes with a lot of moving parts. We know it can be confusing and stressful. Ongoing communication is key to reducing stress. Here is an overview of how our process can work for you.

Our process kicks off by simply getting acquainted to see if we are a good fit for each other. We’ll do a deep dive into what your vision is to make sure we understand it completely. We’ll review your budget in relation to your vision, consider any options and explain how our financing works. Then, we’ll plan out and agree on a schedule, discuss what your role in the project will be as well as what you can expect from us from start to finish. We promise to be unfailingly honest – telling you what will be fun and what won’t. After we walk through all of this together, we will leave you with a complete guidance kit full of useful information to help you understand not only who we are but also how projects like yours work.
Prior to signing a Construction Agreement, we will work through pre-construction processes that will be handled with what is called a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). Your PSA will include costs for doing a detailed estimate that assures you a quality, completed project at a guaranteed price. It will also cover design services and sometimes some demolition and discovery work if required to create a guaranteed project price for you. *The PSA does not obligate you to enter into a Construction Agreement with us if you choose to not move forward, but you will own the design work that was completed.
After all of the PSA work is complete, we will meet with you to talk through the final details of the project. Our priority is to make sure you feel the most comfortable and confident moving forward, so we will take all the time you need and answer any questions that you have at this time. We will review the scope of work, project plan, progress payments, timelines, logistics and concerns. You will get to meet your personal project manager and discuss how communications will be handled throughout the project.
After the first three steps, we will then have all the information to provide a guaranteed price for your project, including the designs and production plan. We will review and explain every aspect of the construction agreement and then you and your personal project manager will sign off on it. At this point, it’s official!
During the building phase we will handle all the details of ordering materials, scheduling, oversight and coordination. Concurrently we will diligently keep you up to date on the progress of your project and any issues that may arise.
No matter how carefully we plan your project together, there will probably be some changes and adjustments that you’ll want to make along the way. We are prepared to cheerfully accommodate any changes. Our Agreement will explain how costs associated with your changes will be handled.

During this completion phase, we will meticulously inspect everything to ensure the craftsmanship level has been maintained throughout the project. We will have a final review meeting with you to answer any questions regarding appliances, heating and cooling systems and any other operational questions. You will benefit from our industry leading two-year warranty on our workOur team will do one last clean up to the highest standards possible both within the project and anything on the property that we touched. Lastly, we’ll send you with a document to list anything you might run across that wasn’t done right.

With your home transformation complete, we’d like to thank you for letting us help bring your vision to life.
