This Cedar Park remodel transformed several outdated spaces into a warm, modern home centered around craftsmanship, timeless materials, and thoughtful design.
The project included complete renovations of the primary bathroom, guest bathroom, and powder bathroom, along with kitchen updates and structural improvements throughout the home.
Primary Bathroom
The primary bathroom combines handmade Zellige-style wall tile, warm brass fixtures, frameless shower glass, and a modern running-bond floor pattern to create a clean, spa-inspired atmosphere.
Additional features include:

- Porcelain countertops with a Calacatta Borghini finish
- Designer plumbing fixtures
- Recessed LED lighting
- Custom trim details
The layered textures and warm finishes transformed the bathroom into a timeless and calming retreat.
Guest Bathroom
The guest bathroom was designed to feel refined, functional, and welcoming.
Herringbone-pattern porcelain flooring adds visual movement, while custom cabinetry, wall-mounted plumbing fixtures, upgraded lighting, and warm neutral finishes give the room a tailored appearance.
Powder Bathroom
Olive-green custom cabinetry, mosaic tile flooring, brass fixtures, and designer wallpaper create a bold but timeless combination. Although compact, the room demonstrates how thoughtful material choices can give a smaller space a strong identity.
Kitchen and Structural Improvements
Kitchen improvements included updated recessed lighting, new backsplash tile, upgraded plumbing fixtures, appliance integration, and ventilation improvements.
The larger construction scope included framing modifications, plumbing and electrical relocations, and the installation of a new patio door. Integrating the door into the existing brick exterior required a new structural header, electrical relocation, interior finish repairs, and detailed exterior brickwork.

The completed remodel brings the home together through coordinated finishes, custom craftsmanship, and materials selected for both beauty and durability.
Each bathroom has its own personality, yet the three spaces feel connected through their attention to texture, warm finishes, and carefully executed details. The result is a timeless and highly functional home designed around the homeowners’ lifestyle.
