Step 1: Getting Acquainted

We’ll review your budget, consider options, and explain how our financing works. Next, we’ll plan and agree on a schedule, discuss your role in the project, and what you can expect from us — start to finish. We promise to be unfailingly honest and leave you with a guidance kit full of useful information to help you understand who we are and how projects like yours work.

Step 2: The Service Agreement
As a pre-construction process, we will create a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). Your PSA will include costs for a detailed estimate that assures a quality, completed project at a guaranteed price.

Step 3: Project Development
After the PSA work is complete, we will meet with you to talk through the final details of your kitchen remodel. We prioritize your comfort and confidence moving forward, so we will take all the time you need and answer your questions. We will review the scope of work, project plan, progress payments, timelines, logistics, and concerns. You will meet your personal project manager and identify how you want to handle communications moving forward.

Step 4: The Construction Agreement
At this stage, we will have all the necessary information to provide a guaranteed price for your kitchen remodel, including designs and the production plan. We will review and explain every detail of the construction agreement. Then you and your individualized project manager will sign off, and at this point, it’s official!

Step 5: Project Management
During the building phase, we handle all of the details including ordering materials, scheduling, oversight, and coordination. Also, we will diligently keep you up to date on the progress and anything that may arise.

Step 6: In-Process Changes
No matter how carefully we plan your project together, there will likely be changes and adjustments you’ll want to make along the way. We are prepared to cheerfully accommodate your changes! The agreement explains how costs associated with changes will be handled.

Step 7: Project Completion
During the completion phase, we will meticulously inspect every detail to ensure the craftsmanship level has been maintained throughout. We will meet with you for a final review and answer questions regarding operations, appliances, and anything else. You benefit from our industry-leading, two-year warranty on our work. The team will do one last clean-up to the highest standards possible in your new kitchen and anywhere else on the property that we touched. Lastly, we’ll give you a document to list anything you might run across that wasn’t done properly.
