Located in the Brodie Springs neighborhood and built in 2012, this home had a nice floor plan and beautiful yard but had builder grade finishes throughout. The homeowner entrusted the Wild Creek Crew to bring a premium look to the home. Without changing the floor plan our mission was to leave no room untouched and upgrade the entire home. We hope you enjoy touring this home almost as much as the owners do living there!

Starting with the stunning entry, all doors in the home were replaced with tri-panel Shaker style doors. The entry level wood floors were demoed, and tile floors were installed in the living areas. New custom Shaker style Hickory wood cabinets and shelving were built by the craftsmen at Two Tailboards Custom Cabinetry.
The two-tone kitchen is highlighted by the custom-built range hood. Premium Wolf brand appliances and little details like a pot filler, painted brick backsplash and oil rubbed bronze hardware bring it all together. The wine fridge with a window is an amazing touch.
The owners suite boasts shiplap accent walls, a barn door and a resort style master bath with heated floors, a steam shower and a free-standing soaking tub. Both guest bathrooms have all new tile, countertops, faucets and mirrors and shower glass. Our customers were still able to greatly enhance these bathrooms while meeting their budget goals.
The half bathroom has a unique wall mounted faucet and sink. Wallpaper completes the look and is a nice surprise when entering this room. All new lighting, baseboards, door trim and paint throughout the home complete this renovation.
