Palomino Ridge Named NARI's
Regional CotY Winner

We are very excited to be named NARI’s Region 5 South Central 2023 Regional CotY Winner for the Residential Exterior $100,001 to $200,000 category. Our customers approached us last year with a sketch drawing of what they wanted. They were planning to build a pool and wanted to have a Cabana to complete their outdoor living dreams. We were able to bring that drawing and their outdoor wishlist to life within our customers budget. This project was built from the ground up. Our engineer designed all the custom trusses, foundation, and made sure the structure could withstand the high winds we experience in Texas. Some of the unique features include built-in Wifi and sound, an ice maker, refrigerator, stainless steel trash drawer, and unique accent lighting throughout the entire structure.   

Each year, NARI presents CotY Awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The CotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. This past year was especially challenging for remodelers, but NARI received nearly 455 entries from across the United States representing over $134 million,  and our project stood out as the best in our category and region!

The judging panel representing industry experts, selected winners based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.
